***You will be a member of the Clinical Outsourcing team, within the wider Evidence Generation and Clinical Research team. You will support the Clinical Outsourcing team with administrative tasks relating to contract and budget management, including forecasting you will also provide support in delivering clinical outsourcing for clinical studies to meet business objectives.
You'll succeed becauseyou've got experience and can demonstrate complex administration tasks, working with stakeholders at all levels, together with clear communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to be Pro-active and self-directed with a high level of initiative and persistence.

Responsibilities include:

Raise, submit, manage, and track purchase orders.
Facilitate vendor payments and troubleshoot payment issues.
Process invoices and seek approval for payment from relevant stakeholders.
Manage the financial reconciliation and accrual process.
Assist in the reporting of financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Provide administrative assistance and support to the Clinical Outsourcing team.
Liaise and build relationships with vendors.
