Are you a Science Graduate looking for your first step in the secondary school education and to gain valuable experience for a teacher training course in September 2023?

This Graduate Science Teaching Assistant role is the perfect opportunity to develop on the key skills required for working in education.

Graduate Science Teaching Assistant
Hodge Hill, Birmingham

** £70 - £80 per day

Long-term, Immediate start - July 2023 finish
Aiding and supporting 1:1 and small group interventions

For this role you will need a science related degree alongside the knowledge of the science curriculum. This person must be a confident speaker as they will be leading and supporting underachieving students.

Having an eager and supportive mindset will not onlyhelp you achieve your goals, but it will motivate and encourage the students.

This Graduate Science Teaching Assistant role will be putting you in a 1:1 or small group situation.

The students you will be working with will be underachieving and struggling in class, these interventions are important because this gives the students theopportunity to feel included and canask questions freely.

This role is a great way to utilise your skills and to keep these students ready and engaged. You will have the support from the very warm staff and shown the day-to-day lesson plans.

This school has a fantastic work ethic and brilliant facilities, they have worked hard to improve and maintain their current Ofsted rating of 'Good'.
