There are a lot of technical products to learn and we navigate a number of IT systems, whilst simultaneously selling to and engaging with our customer to build an authentic connection.

We do not need you to have any insurance experience, our incredible trainers will give you all the knowledge you need to succeed over a 4 week period.

After this you will move into an academy environment to further strengthen your skills.- What you will be doing:
  • Engaging with our customers over the phone, with a focus on finding the right products and securing the business through sales techniques and answering a variety of enquiries.
  • Building relationships and connections that inspire, engage and that put a smile on both yours and your customers' face.
  • Working towards individual targets and KPIs
  • Our targets are across a balanced scorecard with quality underpinning everything we do. The heart of our targets is ensuring the customer is looked after, given honest and correct information and their needs are met.

  • This role is 35 hours per week, we are currently trialling 95 however there could be shift work within the hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, the team are hybrid, in office 3 days per week.
  • Initial training is approx. 8 weeks and is full time office based, 5 days per week. #LI-POST
