Description

Due to significant growth, D&A Recruitment based in South Cambridge are seeking Resourcer's to join our fun and friendly team We have developed an industry-leading training plan and best-in-class technology to help you build your career.

Upon joining you'll be given your development plan, starting as a Resourcer all the way through to Business Development Executive
Monday to Friday

7:30am to 4:30pm

£22,500 - OTE £25,000


Duties will include:


  • Understanding the different types of roles recruited for
  • Posting jobs assigned on the pipeline
  • Using telephone registrations to generate sales leads
  • Maintain documents in the system and ensure they are labelled correctly.
  • Ensure all required fields for job matching are complete
  • On Call

Requirements:


  • A Levels (Degree preferred)
  • 1 Year work experience (Sales preferred)
  • Good Numeracy
  • Basic use of Office 365 package
  • Strong Drive and Ambition
  • Understanding of Recruitment
  • Drivers licence or test date booked

Resourcer package and benefits:


  • Uncapped commission
  • Weekly incentives
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increasing by 1 day for every year of service, capped at 5)
