Our Front of House team is expanding and there is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join Xanadu

Working for Xanadu - Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating highest level customer service at all times
  • Night Room Service management
  • Check in and check out processes, communication with actual guests
  • Management of Rezlynx PMS system
  • Coordination of Cleaning and Maintenance teams
  • Responsible for Health and Safety and Guest Security

£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
