More about your role
As Senior Creative Manager, you offer Strategic and Operational leadership across the Studio team. You will define & deliver the ongoing team strategy and lead the design direction for the Group. You will deliver best in class creatives that drive our business objectives.

You will champion a culture of sharing best practice, developing and delivering The Studio strategy, ensuring we have a clear direction for the whole team.

You will develop and embed Pitch Process and will represent The Studio in briefings and presentations.

You will lead and drive engagement across the Brand team and wider Group Communications Team, with the aim of becoming a Centre of Excellence.

You will have strong leadership skills and will be able to positively influence teams, resulting in a happy and engaged colleague base.

You will have a strong creative flair with an understanding of brand development and a proven ability to work across multiple brands.
