Introduction to Pantree

Pantree provide residential buildings with Community Markets.
These are selfservice, unmanned ministores in the communal lobby areas of large residential buildings.
Our selfservice Micro Markets provide residents with a truly 24/7 option no service fees, no wait time, no minimum order.

We're growing - fast - and are looking for a committed, hard-working individual with a high attention to detail who wants a job where they can develop professionally, taking on increasing responsibility and seniority over the next 18 months.

The Role - Replenishment Driver

The role has two main responsibilities:

You will pick up the stock from the warehouse in North London, and transport it to each of the individual Micro Markets across London
Once you arrive at each Micro Market, you will bring the products from the van to the market, and restock the shelves

A typical shift will involve replenishing 4-7 individual Pantree markets.

This role is genuinely crucial to Pantree's success:

First, you will be the 'face of the company'
the person representing Pantree onsite in front of residents and building management.
Second, because you will be stocking the products onto the Market shelves, you will be responsible for how the Pantree stores ultimately look and feel.

Salary
£23,000 per year, plus optional £1,500 annual performance bonus

Applicant - Key Requirements

Above all, this role requires a great attention to detail and a high level of commitment and care. Every time you finish stocking a Pantree market, it has to be looking fantastic. If we can rely on your to show up on time every day and take pride in everything you do, you'll _

In addition, the following are required:

Clean driving licence
Full UK/EU Driving licence (for 2 years)
Have no driving convictions or pending (for the past 5 years)
Never been banned from driving or refused insurance
Available to work 5 out of 7 days
Available to regularly work early mornings
40 hours a week
Able to provide good employment references

Job - Key Duties

Picking_
Following the preprepared pick sheet, to pick all of the products for that day from the warehouse
Driving_
Load vehicle and drive to the residential buildings where the Pantree Markets are found
At each residential building, unload the products for that Market and transport them to the Pantree Market within the building.
Replenishment_
At the Market, follow internal company guidance and standards to restock products onto shelves with a high level of care and pride
Interact positively with residents and building management whilst representing Pantree onsite

Shifts will generally start early morning
