Are you an experienced Costs Draftsperson seeking a new opportunity in Liverpool?

Sacco Mann are currently working with a leading UK consumer law firm who are seeking a Costs Draftsperson to join their busy team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a national firm that can offer you excellent career progression.

As a Costs Draftsperson, you will gain exposure to Costs matters for a range of disciplines to include Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Commercial Litigation

Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting bills of costs/indemnity schedules
Dealing with fixed costs disputes
Preparing points of disputes/replies
Providing costs advice to fee earners where necessary
Conducting negotiations
