Marketing Assistant, based in Purfleet, Essex/Hybrid

About the opportunity:

This is a brilliant opportunity to grow your marketing career and learn from our fabulous team of experts in the Customer Marketing team here at Carpetright.

This is a multichannel role that covers all our campaigns across POS, advertising, content, and PR, with the aim of delivering a first-class customer centric marketing service.

A snapshot of some of the tasks is outlined below:

You'll have day to day liaison with our POS supplier and manage the requirements.
You will coordinate range launch plans with the support of the Marketing Manager, including print to ensure it's delivered on time and to budget
Compile, distribute and present plans outlining content, advertising creative and PR plans in line with agreed campaign and marketing plans.
Create digital content to be used across CRM, site, and social media platforms
Coordinate creative shoots to targets agreed with head of brand
Manage PO process for marketing including reconciliation.
Produce Monthly and campaign end reporting for KPIs and SLAs performance.

About you:

You'll be a superefficient organiser with excellent attention to detail, preferably with office administration experience
A great work ethic and the ability to manage deadlines with a smile and sense of humour.
PC literate with an excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A fantastic communicator, both written and verbal
You'll be able to initiate and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A marketing qualification would be desirable, although not essential
