Are you passionate about supporting infant feeding?An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Specialist Infant Feeding Service as a Care Navigator.
The Specialist Infant Feeding Service is part of Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust's (KCHFT) Heath Visiting Service and provides specialist support for families experiencing complex feeding challenges.
The Infant Feeding Care Navigator will play a key role in the administration and delivery of the Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust's breast pump loan scheme, working alongside the infant feeding specialists within the team.
We are looking for someone to be based at the Specialist Team Hub in Maidstone but there is an expectation to travel throughout Kent.
