Our client is a growing impartial Mortgage and Protection Brokerage based in Bristol, providing exceptional service to clients across the Southwest.

Due to their expanding business, they require an additional Mortgage and Protection Adviser to maintain theirhigh levels of service to both clients and the professionals they work with.

My clients are linked with Bristol's leading estate agency which is providing them with very high levels of leads on a monthly basis.

Working Hours:

As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you'll be required to work Monday

Friday

. (No Saturdays) Giving you a better work/life balance

My clients are offering the successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser:

Basic £30,000
£32,500 (depending on experience)
OTE £60,000 £80,000
20% commission
Added incentives.

Duties included in the role of a Mortgage and Protection Adviser:

Identify customers' financial needs and advise them with the products that would best suit their requirements.
Ensure clients understand the products and services offered and the process.
Complete customer interviews by appointment and ondemand and make sales that meet customers' needs.
Look for opportunities to attract new customers and professionals.
Prepare for future appointments, gather appropriate information from colleagues and generate referrals.
Deliver a professional and credible service and ensure your knowledge is up to date at all times.
Working towards sales targets and always knowing how you are performing against these.

Requirements for the role of a Mortgage and Protection Adviser:

CeMap or other industry-recognised qualification
CAS
Willingness to learn new skills.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to demonstrate excellence in your field.
Outstanding levels of customer service
Full driving licence
