Our client is seeking an experienced Terms and Conditions officer, who is able to speak both English, Italian and German and had Legal Compliance.


They have offices located in London (Wimbledon), Italy (Milan) and Germany (Wiesbaden) so you can be located in any of these areas to be considered for this role.

The role is full time - 35 hours per week, with flexible working.

The overall purpose of the role is supporting the Financial Promotions Manager in the production of clear terms and conditions for their products in Europe (primarily Italy, Germany and Austria)


Key responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain terms and conditions for our products in Europe, by working closely with the product development and client account management team.
  • Facilitate the roll out of terms and conditions across customer literature for Europe and liaise with other teams to ensure the correct terms and conditions are used on customer literature
  • Deliver specialist regulatory advice and guidance in relation to terms and conditions, policies and processes, with a focus on insurance regulatory requirements and conduct risk considerations.
  • Identify and escalate potential regulatory and conduct risk issues in relation to terms and conditions, working with colleagues in the team and across the wider business to provide practical, pragmatic solutions to help the business move forward
  • Champion compliance within the business with regards to data protection requirements, consumer protection legislation and other relevant legislation
  • Communicate to the business about the requirements of new legislation or changes to existing legislation as these impact terms and conditions
  • Implement and coordinate terms and conditions related projects
  • Keep robust records and support the embedding of robust controls within the team
  • Maintain policies, flowcharts and procedures

Salary:
£42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
