STEM Recruitment Solutions presents an exceptional opening for a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor to join our client operating within the manufacturing sector.

This role centres around overseeing on-site Health and Safety protocols, guaranteeing strict adherence to all regulatory requirements.


As part of your responsibilities, you will uphold the organization's quality and environmental frameworks, meticulously documenting incidents and near misses, and conducting thorough investigations as necessary.

Furthermore, you will undertake various supplementary duties including, but not confined to:

  • Regularly conducting Health and Safety inspections
  • Ensuring unwavering compliance with legislative mandates
  • Participation in company Health and Safety meetings
  • Furnishing colleagues with pertinent Health and Safety guidance
  • Executing comprehensive risk assessments
  • Providing assistance to other company sites whenever essential

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Health and Safety: 3 years (preferred)
