Description
Work closely with the Director of Corporate Governance to ensure that governance and risk management processes are effective, compliant and accurate; Excellent working relationships needed within the Governance team; Work closely with the Executive and senior leadership teams to ensure that the executive risk forum is established, managed and administered effectively and in accordance with the governance and risk management frameworks; Work with the Board, particularly the Committee Chairs, to support with the meeting structure and to design and implement revised and improved governance processes; Establish constructive working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and departmental heads across the organisation, to support effective governance and risk management; Work with other stakeholders when required, such as auditors.
