An incredible opportunity has arisen to join an industry-leading real estate agency and their successfully established team in Cambridge.

This globally renowned company is looking for an experienced and talented individual to act as senior surveyor at associatelevel, with the aim of managing a large portfolio of high-profile commercial properties.

You'll provide a complete management service, including service charge budget management, managing contractors and their services delivered, and dealing with a wide range of complex enquiries.

Your excellent communication skills will be put to good use, buildinglasting relationships with clients and customers alike and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service.

An MRICS or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.

This opportunity comes with some fantastic benefits:

£35K to £45K salary.
