Customer Support / Services Administrator

Full time permanent role - office based

Mon-Fri

Burgess Hill. Free parking available nearby. Office based 15 / 20 minute walk from nearest station

Salary. £ £26000 plus good company benefits


This is a great opportunity to join a very friendly and growing business as they seek to recruit a permanent customer services / support administrator to join their team.


Responsibilities / duties:

Assist with data entry and generating certificates / licences

Answer telephone enquiries and resolving any customer issues

Using and updating company CRM to a high standard

Logging and taking payments on the company accounting software


Skills and experience required:

Previous office-based customer service/administration experience essential

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good team player

A proactive and organised approach to workload
