Sora Recruitment & HR are delighted to be partnering with a major privately-owned property maintenance company, that is offering a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Administrators to join their vibrant team in Bristol.

Successful applicants will be positive, professional individuals who are confident building strong relationships with external and internal clients and providing administrative support to aid delivering an exceptional client experience.


Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Respond to enquiries and reminders from clients, account managers and engineers.
  • Update reports as required to accurately show status of work orders.
  • Work through backlog of work orders ensuring that they are correctly processed.
  • Process daily correspondence and documents, upload timely and accurately ensuring that notations are added to the system at every interaction.
  • To ensure all client and engineer conversations, documentation and transactions meet with business process regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule maintenance visits.
  • Maintain diary management and ensure that all tasks are completed within the correct timeframes.
  • To be actively progressing your personal development, creating and completing personal and business objectives.
  • Ad hoc administrator duties as assigned by your manager.

Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Confident, clear and professional communication skills, written and telephony.
  • Exercises client confidentiality and displays a working knowledge of data protection requirements.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as working as part of a team encouraging a collaborative environment.

Package and Benefits of a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Salary: up to £24,000 per annum.
  • Holiday entitlement: 20 days plus bank holidays, with increases of 1 day per year of service up to 23 days.
  • Contract: Permanent, Fulltime.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am5:00pm and 9:00am6:00pm.

£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
