Free Training to be a Teaching Assistant


Tradewind Recruitment is offering a FREE comprehensive Teaching Assistant course, 4 hours long, with snacks and coffee, to individuals who are passionate about working with children in the classroom.

This course will provide you with the knowledge and skillsto excel as a TA and will cover topics such as:


  • Understanding the role of a Teaching Assistant
  • Classroom management strategies
  • Differentiated instruction
  • Supporting the academic and personal development of students
  • Behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies
  • Communication with teachers, parents and other professionals
  • Understanding the curriculum and assessment
  • Safeguarding training
The course is open to all individuals regardless of prior experience or qualifications.

  • Work 5 days a week,
  • Work full time hours (08:30 15:30)
  • Work consistently, be reliable have great time management
  • Work that will require them to be engaging


Upon completion, successful participants will have the opportunity to be considered for TA roles Be within our agency and will have full support of Tradewind and Free CIPD courses to continue their development.
