A leading fund manager is seeking a Front Office Business Analyst to join their growing team.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Day to day business support of the three OMS
  • Charles River / Bloomberg AIM / Atos APOLLO
  • Managing / executing OMS projects
  • Write business requirements / existing process documents and effectively communicate them to technical team members and business users
  • Design new process to satisfy business needs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues with technical team members and report the cause of the problems
  • Recommend and execute improvements
  • Work with other developers, business analysts and business users

The role requires:


  • Knowledge and experience with Charles River or Bloomberg AIM is preferable
  • Motivated to learn new solutions and skills
  • Selfstarter and committed team player
  • Competent in verbal and written communication skills
  • Is able to effectively explain the cause of issues to the business users
  • Is able to write business requirement / process documents
  • Attention to detail and maintaining high quality standards
  • Good analytical, conceptual, and problemsolving abilities
  • Detailed knowledge and several years support experience with Charles River system is essential
  • Several years' of front office business analyst experience is preferable
  • Knowledge of SQL is desirable
  • Ability to manage timelines to meet deadlines in the multitask environment
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks concurrently
