Exciting new Credit Control Administrator vacancy in Newcastle

About Our Client:


Duties will include:

  • Identify opportunities to help improve the quality, and efficiency of the Firms credit control
  • Issuing statements
  • Chasing outstanding debts
  • Issuing copy invoices as required
  • Production of debtor reports as required for Finance Director
  • Communicate internally, which jobs are on stop because of nonpayment
  • Production of quarterly payroll invoices
  • Ensure the internal admin for the Firm's Insurance investigation insurance (currently with Abbey Tax) is up to date and accurate
  • Setting up BACS payments when requested
  • Setting up Direct Debit mandates

The Successful Applicant:

Worked within a similar background (desirable)

Ability to work with Excel

Positive attitude

Clear communication skills

Positive can - do attitude

Ability to build relationships with both clients and staff members
