Description

This is a new job function within our aftersales team, we are looking for a key individual who can work within our Aftersales department tying together technical repairs, warranty, and productivity.

As a result, ensuring that we consistently deliver the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

This individual will have an uncompromised understanding of day-to-day life within a busy workshop environment.

Key responsibilities to this position will include overseeing technical preparation, warranty, and quality checking repairs therefore motor industry experience is essential.

You will have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills that can encourage the team to succeed. You should strive for operational excellence, be well organised and be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support & guidance to technicians
  • Support & develop workshop process in line with Porsche Service Process
  • Support our manufacturer online workshop management system
  • Provide technical assistance to Service Advisors
  • Manage manufacturer technical support & communication
  • Provide warranty support
  • Manage workshop repairs, quality control & first fix
  • Assigning special tools to repair
  • Support Parts pre pick process
  • Engage fully with the team, ensuring good morale is maintained
  • Adhere to health & Safety and company policies at all times
  • Provide cover to Workshop Manager
