Marketing Executive - Farnham, Surrey / WFH

£24,000 - £28,000 DOE plus benefits

Ideally office-based for at least 3 days a week, with 1-2 days being remote if you wish.

We are delighted to be recruiting a
Marketing Executive for a 2 year-old start up company; who are trusted brand, marketing and creative partners to purpose-driven businesses with sustainability at their heart.

Due to expansion, they are looking for an enthusiastic
Marketing Executive to join their expanding team on a hybrid basis.

You must Have

Essential: _
A minimum of 2 years' professional experience, either within an agency or inhouse
Strategically minded: our client needs someone who can see the big picture and turn that vision into a logical strategy that's both timely and methodical
Data driven: gathering and analysing data will be a core aspect of decision making within the role, so they're looking for someone who's comfortable with quantitative and qualitative analysis
A genuine interest in sustainability and positive climate action
Ambitious: The business is growing, and they have big plans. If you want to develop professionally and be rewarded for hard work, this role is for you
Excellent written and verbal communication: you will be creating written assets, social posts and long form content for clients, so firstrate language skills are key
An interest in current social and digital marketing trends and the drive to implement that knowledge for the benefit of clients and the business
Happy to work in a fastpaced startup: you need to be selfmotivated, flexible and have excellent time management skills
Nonessential but our client would love you to have: _
Experience of working on sustainability / climate related projects for sustainabilityfocused / purposedriven brands
Knowledge of corporate sustainability, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), B Corporations etc
Knowledge of running / managing a podcast the agency have one in the pipeline. Exciting
Experience of presenting to and interacting with clients
It will be handy if you like dogs, otherwise you might not get along with Loki, their Director of Mischief. But don't worry; he doesn't come in very often
