PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
The main responsibilities within this role are as follows:
- Overseeing all aspects of Health and Safety. Including fire testing, first aid, pat testing, COSHH, H&E management, ISO compliance, PPE and site management.
- Control of the stores to ensure it is maintained to a mínimal stock holding level, stock levels are accurate, ensuring the stores/lock up/workshops are maintained to a high standard and compliant with health and safety regulations, all deliveries are accounted for, added to inventory and received in the required condition. All return deliveries are processed and tracked accordingly.
- Issue of equipment: Including flue gas analysers, CO alarms, first aid kits, lotto kits, multi metres, calibration registers, PPE and uniform.
- IT: the setup, ordering, collection, and inventory of all IT equipment for employees. Moving and storing of all equipment.
- General building maintenance; ensuring the building is safe and clean at all times,
- Liaising with the cleaners and external suppliers to ensure jobs are carried out effectively and stocks maintained.
- Ordering and maintaining all provisions for both sites where required such as refreshments and fruit,
- Support the business with any other adhoc duties as required by the line manager.

- Computer Literate including working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Strong attention to detail
