Locum Prosecutions Lawyer - Predominantly Remote Working - Up to £55 per hour Umbrella - Midlands


Venn Group's specialist legal team are pleased to be recruiting for a
Locum Prosecutions Lawyerto join a Local Authority in the
Midlandsfor
3 days per week.



Duties may include:

  • Managing a caseload of prosecutions matters on behalf of a Fire Service
  • Dealing with trading Standards Matters
  • Providing training and guidance to the client departments and the rest of the legal team in completing their tasks and supporting junior staff members in their development
  • Criminal and civil litigation proceedings including drafting and advocating Trading Standards and Education Prosecutions
An attractive hourly rate of up to
£55 Umbrella is offered for this position dependant on experience.
