Description
Recroot are looking for a Revenues Officer (CTAX) to join our client based with Preston City Council.

This role is starting asap, working Mon to Fri full time in an ongoing contract.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:


(E) PC and Keyboard skills.


(E) Numerical skills.


(E) Excellent customer care skills with the ability to communicate with management, staff and the public, both written and orally in often confrontational circumstances, due to the nature of debt collection.


(E) Ability to work as part of a team to achieve targets and objectives.


(E) Ability to be flexible, work under pressure to strict timescales with minimum supervision.


(E) Knowledge of Council Tax legislation and general Council Tax Support rules.


(E) Use of computerised systems including Microsoft Office products.


(E) Knowledge of Academy Revenues & Benefits software system.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract


Salary:
£25.00 per hour
