Contract Type:

Permanent

Job Purpose:

Are you an excellent communicator that enjoys providing a first-class service to students? Want a flexible and more sociable work environment where you'll become an integral member of an established team?

Then this role is for you

What you'll be doing

As an Assessment Officer (Student Queries), you will act as a key contributor to the overall success of every student's journey with BPP, as you will be the first point of contact for our students in respect of managing and responding to their queries.

You will ensure every query is handled promptly and professionally, and that every student receives a high level of customer service.

As part of your role, you'll also have the opportunity work with various internal departments in order to build positive and successful working relationships across the organisation.

This may also involve providing occasional administrative support to those departments during peak times, which will expand your exposure to other areas of the business.

With hybrid working available, you'll be able to split your time between one of our centres and wherever you choose to call home.
