You will need to drive the execution and delivery of the Firm's Resiliency strategy and longer term resiliency plans.

Operating across the FBR Team and in close cooperation with the Lines of Business (LOB) and Corporate Functions (CF) to execute and deliver against agreed priorities.


As part of the Governance, Risk and Controls team within Firmwide Business Resilience, this role is central to the execution and delivery of resiliency strategy across the Firm.

Working closely alongside the FBR management team the role will engage key stakeholders to ensure that priorities are delivered on time and effectively.

I n parallel the role will help to shape future resiliency strategy and deliver changes and enhancements to the existing framework.

Job responsibility

  • Engaging and coordinating across FBRT and LOB/CF stakeholders to deliver Firmwide resiliency outcomes
  • Managing and measuring the progress of key projects within FBRT
  • Supporting key meetings, offsites and activities across FBRT
  • Supporting strategy development and bespoke project delivery
  • Supporting the leadership team to develop clear, concise, and impactful presentations to senior leadership and management forums
  • Drafting reports and updates for key projects

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:


  • Prior experience in Risk/ Program delivery/ Strategy delivery
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong stakeholder partnerships
  • Clear, concise, and tailorable written and verbal communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (primarily PowerPoint)
