Possession and Access Planner and shape something special.


What you'll be doing
As a Possession and Access Planner (Including SSOW), you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Ensure all access to track is planned and managed safely and in accordance with all applicable standards and to ensure safety critical duties are discharged compliantly
  • Booking of Worksites & Line Blockages as required
  • Represent planned works at client integration and Route planning meetings where required.
  • Maintaining Worksite Operation Plans out to T12 Weeks
  • Ensure that all resources hold appropriate qualifications/license for the activities carried out
  • Implementation of approved best practice techniques to ensure standards are maintained
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of SWP/SSOW arrangements and carry out audits
  • Identify possession / engineering access risks and put in place mitigation measures, throughout the planning life cycle

Who we're looking for

You will have the following:

  • Previous experience in using the Ontrac system
  • Computer literate: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • PTS AC, DC certified endorsed with SSOWP
  • Controller of Site Safety qualified would be beneficial
  • SSSTS would be beneficial
  • Experience of Isolations would be beneficial
  • Previous experience of working in the Western region would be an advantage
