Possession and Access Planner and shape something special.

What you'll be doing
As a Possession and Access Planner (Including SSOW), you will have the following accountabilities:

Ensure all access to track is planned and managed safely and in accordance with all applicable standards and to ensure safety critical duties are discharged compliantly
Booking of Worksites & Line Blockages as required
Represent planned works at client integration and Route planning meetings where required.
Maintaining Worksite Operation Plans out to T12 Weeks
Ensure that all resources hold appropriate qualifications/license for the activities carried out
Implementation of approved best practice techniques to ensure standards are maintained
Maintain accurate and detailed records of SWP/SSOW arrangements and carry out audits
Identify possession / engineering access risks and put in place mitigation measures, throughout the planning life cycle

Who we're looking for

You will have the following:

Previous experience in using the Ontrac system
Computer literate: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
PTS AC, DC certified endorsed with SSOWP
Controller of Site Safety qualified would be beneficial
SSSTS would be beneficial
Experience of Isolations would be beneficial
Previous experience of working in the Western region would be an advantage
