Description
We are currently looking for a
HR Generalistto support a large, national organisation on a
temporarycontract for three months.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Managing end-to-end ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management
  • Advising and guiding managers on any HR queries, including ER cases
  • Carrying out the induction process for new starters
  • Supporting shared service team with projects and acting as point of contact for HR related queries

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • CIPD qualified
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • ER experience

Working hours:


  • Opportunity to work either parttime (3 days per week) or fulltime (37 hours)
