SMART Education recruits into Teaching Jobs in Birmingham and across the West Midlands, and into Home Tutor jobs across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening up or locking up all three school sites on a daily basis
General site maintenance, including basic repairs and maintenance tasks
Liaising with contractors and supervising their work
Completing routine testing, including fire alarms, legionella, emergency lighting, and vehicles
Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out on site
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organisational and time management skills
A valid driving license

Location:
Mosely, Birmingham

Salary:
£101 per day

Contract Type:
Full-time.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm (shifts)
