Key Responsibilities:

1.


Machine Operation:
Operate various finish machines and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Trainees will receive hands-on training.

2.


Quality Assurance:
Perform regular checks to ensure machinery is producing to the highest quality standards. Report any discrepancies or malfunctions promptly.

3.


Maintenance:
Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime.

4.


Teamwork:
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation and meet production targets. Share knowledge and best practices.

5.


Safety Compliance:
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

6.


Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of operations, including production volumes and maintenance activities.


Requirements:


  • A good level of English proficiency for effective communication.
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in machine operation (specific training will be provided for trainees).
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred for skilled operators, but not essential for trainees.

Duties will include;

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Benefits:


  • Onsite parking

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Experience:


  • Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
