Description
We seek an experienced and qualified
Behavioural Support Assistant to join our Primary School in Kettering.


You will be expected to assist the teachers with implementing lesson plans, provide 1-1 support to pupils, and keep accurate records of observations, interventions, and referrals.

You should also be familiar with Safeguarding protocols and policies in orderto maintain student safety at all times.


Applicants should have a compassionate and patient approach when dealing with children and understand the importance of maintaining a positive relationship between the pupil, teacher, and parents.

Excellent organisational skills are essential, as is a professionalattitude.
