Flexperience is once again delighted to be partnering with a Gloucester based charity that has been established for over 100 years, serving communities throughout Gloucestershire.

They are looking for an individual who has the magic mix of technological and digital know-how with a person-centred outlook to drive change, responsible for bridging the gap between healthcare and technology by prescribing technology-based solutions that enhance patient care and outcomes.

You will be supporting individuals, their families and their carers and will take referrals directly from GPs.

Please note that the salary listed is the full time equivalent and will need to be pro rated for part time hours.
