As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Media & Marketing you will be responsible for a variety of roles within our new Media business unit.
A critical role within the team, you will have a large degree of autonomy to build relationships with your stakeholder groups, design appropriate talent attraction approaches alongside the Talent Acquisition Business Partners, and support the developmentof team members on their career journey

Main Responsibilities:
- Full recruitment lifecycle for professional roles, including seniorlevel hires and specialist roles
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Manager to connect business hiring priorities to sound sourcing strategies
- Proactively headhunt exceptional talent and be a champion for the Talent Acquisition team
- Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders at all levels
- Stay connected with external market factors as well as new best practices/trends affecting recruiting
- Use internal and external market data to advise the business on recruiting and hiring decisions
- Proven impact and influence skills and track record of successfully engaging with senior leaders to drive the recruitment strategy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexible and adaptable style, can easily recruit across different functions at different levels
- Experience managing the full recruitment life cycle from inception to completion including social media, marketing, advertising, interviewing.
- Personal Organisation
- You will possess excellent organisational skills and will be comfortable managing a high volume workload
- Experience of recruiting for specialist roles across Media & Marketing
