Your Impact:

About the Opportunity**Within our Europe Growth & Sales team, we have an immediate requirement for sales professionals to work on some of our region's largest sales pursuits and opportunities.

This role exposes you to the heart of the business, sitting at the forefront of delivering our strategy.


The work is focussed on the development of win strategies and compelling sales messages, collaborating day-to-day with colleagues from Growth & Sales and Operations across all sectors and all levels of the business to convert these into winning offers for our largest and most strategic sales pursuits.

Specific activities include actively participating in and leading meetings and workshops, researching sectors and client requirements, preparing briefing materials, considering commercial models and contractual structures, identifying resourcing requirements, and developing presentations and content for client tender submissions.

Our team are agile, driven, highly organised, and resilient individuals with a passion to win.

We operate in pressured, fast-paced environments but have created a close-knit community where we constantly support each other, and share knowledge, best practices and lessons learnt.


An enthusiasm for working in driven and disciplined teams, with a motivation to overcome hurdles and obstacles to find solutions is essential for success.

Previous sales and/or project delivery experience with Local Government clients is desirable. Full in-boarding to Jacobs Growth & Sales team and on-the-job training is provided.
