Description
We are recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a fast growth music business.

Offering a full study package, hybrid working and a clear progression plan this role is key within the finance function and will have ownership acrosspurchase and sales ledger process as well as overseeing the payment runs.


Responsibilities include:


  • Efficiently record accurate financial data
  • Reconciling 20+ bank accounts across 3 currencies
  • Efficiently complete weekly/monthly payment runs
  • Nationally and Internationally
  • Reconciling accounts and ensuring the GL is accurate
  • Supporting in the Quarterly VAT process
  • Providing support to the Management Accountant and senior finance team
  • Logical approach to reconciliations and problem solving
  • Minimum 1 year experience within Finance
  • Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent numerical and administrative skills
  • Highly organised with good time management skills
  • Efficient approach to data processing
