The Faculty Operations Officer will report to the Head of Faculty Operations and the main objective of this role is to assist with a transformational change agenda.

This will include facilitating improvements to the effective operation of the Faculty, by working on projects to update and roll out essential business processes, including Faculty Governance, Risk Management, Health and Safety, Finance and more.

The role holder will assist the Head of Operations in carrying out short-term improvement projects, at a time when student numbers have increased significantly, resulting in a scaling-up of activities and an influx of new colleagues and processes.

This post will also provide business and administrative support as required by the Head of Operations. This is a fixed-term post / secondment opportunity, ending in June 2024.
