Finance and Purchasing Admin

Dudley

£12.33 per hour

39 hours Monday - Friday

Key Tasks/Responsibilities

This will include but are not limited to:

  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Matching purchase invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Managing and recording expenses.
  • Setting up works orders onto the system.
  • Inputting production data onto the system.
  • Enter purchase invoices onto QuickBooks.

Essential Skills, Qualifications, Competencies and Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of office working experience, preferably in a small company.
  • Good understanding of accounting software, preferrable QuickBooks.
  • Ideally qualified AAT Level
  • Attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skill level capable of communicating at all levels.
  • General computer literacy with a working knowledge of all relevant software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude towards change, with a willingness to be flexible and adapt to new circumstances.
  • Good organisational skills and being able to prioritise.
  • Must be committed to ensuring that Health & Safety is of paramount importance.
  • Proactively seek to take responsibility for their own development without reliance upon others about the knowledge required to perform fully and well.
