Finance and Purchasing Admin
Dudley
£12.33 per hour
39 hours Monday - Friday
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
This will include but are not limited to:
- Raising purchase orders.
- Matching purchase invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Managing and recording expenses.
- Setting up works orders onto the system.
- Inputting production data onto the system.
- Enter purchase invoices onto QuickBooks.
Essential Skills, Qualifications, Competencies and Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of office working experience, preferably in a small company.
- Good understanding of accounting software, preferrable QuickBooks.
- Ideally qualified AAT Level
- Attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skill level capable of communicating at all levels.
- General computer literacy with a working knowledge of all relevant software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude towards change, with a willingness to be flexible and adapt to new circumstances.
- Good organisational skills and being able to prioritise.
- Must be committed to ensuring that Health & Safety is of paramount importance.
- Proactively seek to take responsibility for their own development without reliance upon others about the knowledge required to perform fully and well.
