Hours:
Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm

Pro-Pak Foods is a leading manufacturer of freshly prepared ready meals and from our home in the heart of Yorkshires Food Capital in Malton, we produce over 150,000 meals a day for many of the Nations leading supermarkets and convenience stores to mention only a few.


Recognised within the market for our attention to producing quality convenience food has created an opportunity to join our Quality Assurance Team.

Brief outline of Intake QA duties includes-

  • Conducting thorough quality checks at the point of receipt of raw materials and packaging to site to ensure supplier specification is met
  • Liaison with suppliers for any quality nonconformances to ensure prompt rectification and corrective action
  • Completing routine checks and required documentation accurately and with attention to detail is essential
  • Participation in the quality monitoring program ensuring agreed quality standards are met consistently
  • Investigating and raising concessions, as required
  • Works proactively with operations team to ensure ongoing compliance of standards
  • Provides practical support and drives to promote a Quality Assurance culture
  • Assist in delivery of site standards for visits and audits either through direct input or indirect support
  • Communicating with QA Team Leaders on technical issues to achieve resolution


You will need to be accountable for ensuring the good quality and accurate output of your own workload, leading by example and enforcing and maintaining the required standards on site.
