The Role
Whilst working in the HR team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing HR and Recruitment personnel
  • Overseeing the daytoday recruitment and ensuring all KPIs are achieved
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory employment and safeguarding legislation
  • Tracking onboarding and leaving processes
  • Working on various projects when required, including analysing data and report writing

Requirements:


Experience:


  • GCSE Maths and English C grade or above
  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Awareness of employment law, data protection and best practice

Qualities:

  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Strong team player with a 'can do' attitude
  • Resilient and calm under pressure
