The Role
Nigel Wright are supporting a growing Tech business with their search for an Editing Assistant due to an expansion in the team.
Duties:
- Implement the agreed department plan in line with senior team
- Communicate with the Editing Manager to understand priorities for week/month
- Define commercially interesting company information
- Work towards administration/editing deadlines/targets
- Actively recording of company information
- Flag any system (or other) issues to line manager
- Monitor customer feedback
- Agree new forms of inputting and displaying company information through bespoke system
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Identify companies for the fulfilment of reports, valuations, and other bespoke analysis
- Identify specialist company/business news and articles in line with the company requirements through various channels
Skills/Attributes:

- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Customer orientated mindset; a genuine commitment to the customer
- Ability to develop a clear understanding of customer behavior and needs
- Ability to take initiative to solve problems, and take responsibility for own workload
- Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform decisions

- Good level of IT competence
- MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
