Description

Thor Atkinson Steel Fabrications have been supplying the major UK aggregate companies since 1997.

With years of experience working with steel, we pride ourselves in fabricating conveyors, crushers and structural work for UK quarries and across Europe.

You will be required to work on sites nationwide. You must have previous plant maintenance fitting experience. Fabrications skills are desirable.

You must hold a full driving licence.

This role may consist of working away from home for up to 12 days.

Cooperate with members of the team to ensure works are completed within an allocated time scale
To carry out site fabrication and repair works, site structural repairs and replacements
Complete RAMs to suitable standard and ensure all work is in accordance with the RAMs
Provide sufficient supervision and direction to fitters mate(s)
Installation of Workshop made steelwork, installing other customer steelwork and/or machines
Operating Mobile Plant
If issued with a company vehicle, to follow company procedures on defect reporting and security of the vehicle.
Ensure all company and customer equipment e.g. machinery and tools, is treated with respect and care
Acting professionally and responsibly while representing the company

Salary:
£31,200.00-£56,160.00 per year
