This is an exciting permanent opportunity to work as a Personal Assistant at a recruitment agency with a mission to do things differentlyPersonal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Ensuring internal communications and meeting agendas are written and sent out in a timely manner
- Taking minutes at board meetings
- Assisting in organizing team events
- Managing the CEO's diary, including all internal and external interviews
- Making domestic and international travel arrangements
- Assisting with ad hoc recruitment tasks such as formatting CV's, scheduling interviews and answering incoming calls
- Ensuring CRM system is up to date with relevant information and meeting notes
- Organizing network events with the marketing manager and partners
- Supporting the CEO in writing presentations for training events for the team
Personal Assistant Essentials:
- At least 35 years of Personal Assistant experience
- Experience with complex diary management
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
