What will this role achieve?
The successful applicant will have the ability to perform packing activities. The role requires a proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude who is committed to maintaining high standards in production whilst working as part of a dynamic team.
What will be your key deliverables? Take personal responsibility for Health & Safety Ensure compliance with everyday quality processes Minimise Waste and recycle all product effectively Maintain high standards of hygiene & housekeeping Actively contribute to all forms of continuous improvement activity What do you need for this role? Manual dexterity & hand
eye coordination, i.e., changing reels etc. Teamworking skills Initiative and drive, with demonstrated attention to detail Dexterity and speed of operation Work pattern:
- You will be required to work 12
- hour shifts (7pm
- 7am) 3 on, 3 off.
