- Provide comprehensive secretarial and business support to the team
- Manage diaries and organise meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and presentations
- Coordinate projectbased work
- Manage and maintain databases and filing systems
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information flow
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information
- Support staff in assigned projectbased work
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- A proven track record in providing professional secretarial and business support
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail and a problemsolving approach
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
