Description

Customer Experience Officer (TLO) required for a 12 month contract within Carlisle, this is a full time 40 hours per week contract.

The Role

This is to provide a high level of customer service to social housing tenants during a period of refurbishment work on their homes.

This will include engaging with the community via community events, spending time in dwellings and being responsible for making sure that residents are regularly updated with regards to the work being carried out on their homes.

You will be responsible for reporting back any issues that may arise and dealing with complaints affectively and appropriately.

The Person

Applicants must have a full clean driving licence, excellent communication skills as well as strong IT skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within a business.

Remuneration
