Duties and Responsibilities will include:


  • Building and nurturing a strong talent community through networking and conversations
  • Building strong market knowledge of our vertical markets and sharing critical market information with the broader team
  • Conducting face to face prescreening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit. Working towards becoming a strong objective, indepth interviewer
  • Attending Client briefings for vacancies and assess client requirements alongside your manager.
  • Qualify job specifications/salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job descriptions

Salary:
£25, £30,000.00 per year
