With a growing client list, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working person to join our bookings team to ensure our clients continue to receive the industry leading service we are known for.


As a business we actively progress those willing to learn quickly and take on responsibility, with a long track record of previous members of this team progressing on to management roles with us.


Job Description:


  • Guiding clients through our online portal and booking systems, delivering high quality customer service.
  • Providing ongoing support for clients throughout their experience with us, ensuring they have a great experience of us.
  • Liaising with clients to book site visits for our national network of photographers/surveyors to visit and conduct locationbased work.
  • Reviewing the quality of our outgoing work to ensure it meets our client's strict requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer servicebased environment
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) across all levels.
