Fleet Mortgages is a major player in the specialist Buy to Let Mortgage market.

Due to rapid new business growth, we are looking for Quality Assurance Assessors to join our Legal and Compliance team here in Fleet.

Due to business growth we are looking for 2 additional members to join our team


Who are we looking for?


We are looking for someone who has demonstrable interest in Quality Assurance with the enthusiasm to learn and grow within a small and friendly team.

Experience within a similar QA role would be useful but more importantly we are looking for someone with a passion to develop within the role and the financial services industry.

**The Quality Assurance Assessor role

  • Carry out routine assurance activities for all teams on Fleet Mortgages systems and controls and ensure impartiality at all times
  • Provide feedback from assurance activities to Team Leaders, Department Managers and staff outlining potential improvements, training needs, adherence to policy and procedures, trends and recognising where good performance has been achieved
  • Provide recommendations to management on where improvements to customer outcomes and experience can be made
  • Record assurance results for individuals and teams accurately and within SLA's
  • Ensure records are updated and maintained in accordance within agreed policy and procedures
  • Continually consider improvements for service and efficiency making suggestions through agreed channels
  • Take responsibility for your own learning and development
  • Carry out adhoc tasks as required by management

Key competencies

  • Enthusiastic, flexible and keen to learn and develop a career in Financial Services
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential
  • Able to be selfmanaging in respect of scheduled workload
  • Passionate about service delivery
  • Confident selfstarter with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Two years' work experience in a financial service industry is an advantage, but not essential
  • A willingness to study a relevant professional qualification
