Salary:
£26-32k dependent upon experience (salaries are reviewed during annual appraisals and dependent on performance)
Hours:
pm Monday to Thursday & 5pm finish on Fridays
Office based, although potential to work from home one day per week only agreed upon after passing probation and at the MD's discretion
Free use of on site gym and regular company events
Holiday: 20 days, plus birthday, bank holidays and days between Christmas off (+1 day extra allowance for every year with the company, kicks in after a minimum of 2 years)
The role includes (not limited to):
- Facilitating the smooth running of the office
- Maintaining the database of stock and ensuring online content is accurate
- Performing and monitoring precise money laundering regulation checks on clients and buyers in line with HMRC guidelines
- Ensuring all lettings properties have the relevant compliance certificates and money laundering regulation checks in place prior to tenancy commencement
- Working closely with branch manager to produce property details, contractual letters and other formal business letters
- Recording all financial outgoings of the office via petty cash spreadsheets and liaising with the accounting team on a monthly basis
- General office administrative duties
